- CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic long-acting analog of growth hormone releasing hormone that carries a drug affinity complex, allowing it to bind serum albumin and circulate for days. It was tested in early human trials for its endocrine effects, but development was discontinued and it has no medical approval.
